But, this source code NOT Knoppix Live CD (only Knoppix distrib)

What can may I compile this source code to Live CD?

Yes, you are correct. Knoppix is a open source project. The link you posted is the archive of Knoppix specific or Knoppix modified packages. In adherence with the GPL, the Knoppix developers gave everyone access to the changes they made. You should be able to browse a local Debian mirror to view the binaries & code of all of the other packages such as KDE, ethereal, or the linux kernel.
