add Qtparted

Adding Qtparted graphical frontend to parted could be useful.
My goal is to use the Knoppix cd to boot in order to do a rescue from a previously done backup using tar. Having Qtparted could be more easy to recover to different partitions, create new partitions, rearrange the existing ones.

In any case, Knoppix is a VERY interesting tool, many thanks to the developpers!

If you're using the latest version of Knoppix it already has qtparted.
