    hi
    i am trying to use the openCA live CD. i wanted to know if there is any way i can generate a certificate request myself(that i shall do using open SSL) and paste it somewhere on openCA to get it verified and signed... i hope u i am clear in what i am trying to do

    This belongs in "Other Live CDs" or "The Lounge" because this is not a Knoppix specific question but a question for implementing public key encryption infrastructure on a Knoppix derivative. You need to read the Docs & FAQ at http://www.openca.org/openca/docs/ and if necessary get support at http://www.openca.org/openca/support.shtml
