Hi. I'm new to Linux, so this may be a dumb question.

When booting, I get the error messsage:
INSMOD: 'cdrom/KNOPPIX/modules/aufs.ko': input/output error

I checked, and aufs.ko is there. I have a CD/DVD-ROM drive. Please help.
