Without ANY details, apart from the card and way it doesn't work, how do you expect us to be able to help you?
Knoppix version, "install", burning methods if CD/DVD involved, hardware configuration, cheatcodes tried and failed....

And: Have you searched the forum for Nvidia problems and possible fixes, and tried those?
