starting X programs automatically
Hello,
I am building a custom knoppix CD which uses fluxbox as it's window manager, what I would like to do is after fluxbox is finished initializing, automatically launch mozilla/firebird to a documentation page. Thanks in advance, hopefully this will not be an rtfm post...

Create a script named .xsession in /home/knoppix with the command for starting mozilla inside.
Stop X via <ctrl><alt><backspace>.
Start X via /etc/init.d/xsession start and see if mozilla starts up.
See http://www.knoppix.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8157 for customizing home directory.
Good luck.
This doesn't work with Knoppix 3.4 c't edition. With 3.3 it's ok.
