We are resellers specializing in liquidations, sales, estate sales, and storage units. Our inventory includes a wide variety of items, some of which are brand new but may have damaged packaging.
Item Conditions
• Many items are brand new but may arrive with damaged or imperfect packaging.
• Small flaws, imperfections, or discrepancies may not always be visible in listing photos due to factors such as lighting, reflections, glares, or camera limitations. While we do our best to inspect items thoroughly, some flaws may go unnoticed. This is never intentional.
• Some items listed as “new” or “open box” may have been previously used or resealed before reaching us. To preserve the integrity of sealed items, we do not open boxes for quality control inspections. Unfortunately, this means we must rely on the quality control of manufacturers, warehouses, or prior handlers, and their standards may differ from ours.
• Items marked as inspected by prior handlers (e.g., inspection stickers) may not meet the level of inspection we would typically perform. Occasionally, items may be missing pieces or parts due to manufacturer or warehouse oversight.
• We encourage buyers to inspect items carefully upon receipt and compare them to the listing description and photos. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to resolve the matter.
• For buyer protection and satisfaction, we offer free returns for items that do not meet expectations or differ from the listing description.
Shipping Information
• The majority of our items ship free of charge to U.S. buyers. Exceptions include very heavy or oversized items, where shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions to offer you the most accurate and competitive rates.
• All items are packaged securely to ensure safe arrival. Shipping materials and methods may vary depending on the item. Some shipping services may be upgraded at no extra charge for faster delivery (e.g., USPS Ground Select to USPS Priority Mail).
• Please note that shipping carriers occasionally experience delays or damage during transit. If you encounter an issue, contact us so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
Delivered but Not Received
• If an item is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with household members or neighbors who may have received the package on your behalf.
• If the package remains missing, contact your local USPS office or the relevant shipping carrier directly for assistance. They can often provide additional details or initiate an investigation.
• For stolen packages, buyers should file a report with their local law enforcement agency.
• Please understand that once an item is marked as delivered, carriers typically do not share further details with sellers due to privacy and security regulations. As a result, we may be limited in the assistance we can provide beyond helping you gather the necessary information to report the issue.
Free Shipping Offers and Price Negotiations
• We accept offers on most items (unless inadvertently omitted or on items with limited pricing flexibility). We strive to work with buyers to reach fair agreements that are competitive and align with market pricing.
• For items with free shipping, lower offers may not be accepted if shipping costs reduce or eliminate profit margins. For example, if an item costs $4 to ship and the offer is $4, we would incur a loss after shipping and platform fees. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Trading Cards, Comics, and Collectibles
• Single trading cards under $20 ship securely via ’s Standard Envelope Shipping Program in a protective sleeve, Card Saver 1 or Top Loader, and team bag (usually in a thank-you card). Multiple cards may be packaged together using similar protective materials.
• Trading card packs, sealed/unsealed boxes, and comics are all shipped securely. Comics may include protective plastic casing and cardboard backing, as shown in listing photos. Packaging methods may vary depending on the item.
• Many collectibles come directly from the factory and may show minor imperfections, even if listed as new. Packaging materials like plastic sleeves or cases may also have wear from storage or shipping. Please review images carefully or request additional photos if needed.
• We do not grade trading cards, comics, or collectibles and cannot guarantee their grade from third-party services. Grading is subjective and the buyer’s responsibility.
• For listings with multiple identical items, the images shown may not represent the exact item you will receive. If needed, please request additional photos before purchasing.
International Buyers
• We offer international shipping through ’s Global Shipping Program. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws and regulations. We are not liable for issues arising from customs clearance, taxes, duties, or post-shipment delays.
Returns and Communication
• If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us directly before leaving response or initiating a return. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Returns are subject to policies, and items must be returned in the same condition as received. Please note that in cases of buyer error or preference-based returns, shipping costs may not be refunded.
