Apple Macintosh 128K M0001 Computer (1984).
According to my research, this seems to be the original “1984 Apple Mcintosh 128K M0001”.
My technical knowledge is very limited, but the monitor powers up fine, but I've been told by a few people that the image on the monitor (the "sad Mac face") as well as the vertical line indicates a bad memory chip. There is a chance that it was upgraded from 128K to 512K - either by Apple or a 3rd party which I’m not sure of being the age of this thing
