Bad capacitors are the number one reason your vintage Macintosh Classic or Classic II won't boot. With these models, recapping the motherboard isn't enough. You also need to recap the Analog Board. The Analog Board includes the power supply and is the interface from your logic board to the speaker and CRT.
Buy this recapped, and tested working Analog Board to resurrect your Macintosh Classic or Classic II.
I guarantee that this item is as described and does work, but I do not accept returns. Only buy this if you are sure it's what you want/need and that it's correct for your machine and that you can install it and adjust the pots appropriately to optimize the appearance of the image on the CRT once installed. Be sure to examine the connectors on this board to make sure it matches what you need. Again, I do not accept returns - especially for buyer error/remorse.
