Exact item shown - very early (these are dated 1975) INTEL 256X8 bit UV PROM in a ceramic 24 pin package. There is a wonderful site called the CPU Shack Museum where I was able to figure out what these are. You are buying one at a time, choose the quantity you want from the dropdown list. I think these a very cool, I've priced them as collector/display items, and I may keep one and frame it.
