We accept the merchandise for refundWITHOUTany restocking fee whatsoever, therefore please comply with our return policy. Our number one goal is your satisfaction so please be reasonable.We provide a 30-day period for refund on all products with the following exceptions:
- Any product that is returned to us without its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and all other items enclosed in the exact condition in which it was received.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage either to the merchandise itself or to the original packing materials and accessories within the product packaging, except when item was damaged in shipping.
- Any product with a missing or altered serial number.
- Please verify that your products are eligible for return before requesting an RMA number
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped to the buyer with all the accessories for you to receive for Repair or Replacement
- We provide a 30-day repair or replacement warranty. Please obtain an RMA number and follow the return instructions included with your number.
- All defective, dead on arrival (DOA) items will be inspected and tested by our Technical Research and Support Department.
- Some items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for the exact same merchandise. These items are described as "not refundable" on the product details page.
- For product replacement or refund requests, please return the entire item package including all accessories. Package contents will be verified for completeness before a replacement / refund is issued.
- Note that any physical damage will automatically void the product warranty. Please make sure that your item is actually defective before returning the product.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping, Handling and Insurance are free. We ship to all U.S. states via:
- UPS (United Parcel Service) or
- USPS (United States Postal Service) - only if UPS service is not available in that area.
- Orders that require USPS shipping may take an extra business day for processing.
- Shipment cost to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or Saipan is extra. Shipping to these areas has to be via UPS Air, such as UPS Overnight, UPS Second Day Air or UPS 3 day select. Shipping to those areas via US Mail is possible but we try to stay away from US Mail simply because if the package is lost during the shipping process US mail requires a 60-day investigation period and therefore will not reimburse for 60 days after the loss of the shipment. Please contact us for shipping quotes prior to ordering.
- International shipping is extra. Buyer is responsible for all custom duties and fees.
