RARE Apple Modem 1200 for Apple II and early Macintosh computers. Comes with the Modem 1200, original Apple AC Adaptor, original Apple serial cable to connect to early Macintosh 128K Mac 512K, telephone cables, fold-out Reference Card Modem Commands, and the original User\'s Manual! Ready to collect and display with an early original Mac 128K, 512K, etc. Requires an Apple Super Serial Card to connect toan Apple II system, which is not included. Photos of the exact items buyer will receive.The Apple Modem 1200 was the top of the line, most expensive and high-end modem offered by Apple, as the 300 model they also offeredwas the basic model. These 1200 sets were very expensive back in 1984. The modem was tested to power on, which it does just fine. Obviously this vintage modem is not usable now for any practical purpose now nearly 40 years later. Everything is in excellentvery cleancondition, manual is crisp and clean. AC adapter has red marker writing on side as shown. Power light comes on upon turning on the modem, otherwise it has not been tested as this is of course not a modern way to connect, so not guaranteed for any purpose beyond collection and display.From non-smoking environment and stored properly, so no smoke or old musty odors.
