Defect: If the product is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with a picture of the product and the defective characteristic, and we will assist you with the returning process. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and will pay for the re-shipping charge. We can only ship the item out once the defect item is back in our possession, so if this is a replacement, we highly suggest keeping your original item.
Lost: If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a Lost Claim has been approved by the carrier.
All claims must be filled within 30 days of receiving the product.
Installation of Products: Most of our products do not come with instructions, professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. We are not professional printer repair shop and we only offer limited technical assistance at this time. We cannot offer advice on installation or modification unless we are 100% sure about the answer; however we will do our best to offer you suggestions on how to resolve any issues you might experience. We highly recommended professional install for all items. We will provide you with all of the information the manufacturer provides us upon request for your convenience. On some occasions, we might contact the manufacturer for additional information to help you with the products. We will do our best to help you with whatever issues you may have.
Damage from Use: In no event will this seller, Office Mountain, be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to labor, paint, property damage and personal injury as result of the use of its part(s), however caused. Office Mountain's entire liability is limited to the actual price of the product(s) sold.
One Year Warranty: - ext. of its normal, customary, and intended operating conditions (including without limitation, any form of warrantycovers any and all manufacturer defects under normal use and service, but not including wear and tear. We will replace theparts free of charge for any reason not caused by collision or installation, other human intervention, incorrect application, modifications, use of the products outside of intended use or physical damage.
This warranty limits the remedy of repair or replacement of any defectiveparts at the sole discretion of Office Mountain. Purchasers remedy does not include any unauthorized labor, material. This warranty covers the parts supplied by Office Mountain, but does not include labor and materials of any kind not furnished by Office Mountain. This warranty is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser at retail. This warranty applies only to those products which have been installed in accordance with accepted industry standards by a recognized professional service dealer. For example, toner and ink must be properly installed as to not damage the printer or the toner, failing to do so will void the warranty. Subsequent repair or replacement claims must receive advance approval from Office Mountain prior to commencement of work. The purchaser is agreeing to provide us with the necessary and requested documentation to prove that they are in compliance with the warranty once a warranty claim is initiated.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties and/or limitations or incidental or consequential damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
Purchaser must first arbitrate any dispute or claim arising out of the breach of this warranty agreement, under the arbitration laws of the State of New Jersey and the rules of the American Arbitration Association, prior to commencing any lawsuit against the company. Office Mountain is not responsible if buyer does not update shipping information. In the event the item is shipped back to us because the buyer refused the package or the item was undeliverable because of the buyer's default, the buyer must refund Office Mountain the shipping charge back and the re-shipping charge.
