This listing is for a 2U LFF Supermicro 2 Node Server 6028TR-DTR with X10DRT-H motherboards.
Each Node:
  • 2x E5-2630 V3 (2.4Ghz, 8 cores / 16 threads per CPU) (16 cores / 32 threads total per node)
  • 2x 16GB DDR4 memory modules. (32GB Total per node)
Node differences as configured:
  • Supports SATA with BPN-ADPX9-6SATA (Included, 1 installed on left node.)
  • Supports SAS2 & SATA with BPN-ADP-SAS2-L6i-NI22 (Included, 1 installed on right node.)
Items not installed, but included in this listing:
  • 1x BPN-ADPX9-6SATA
  • 1x BPN-ADP-SAS2-L6i-NI22
  • Rails are included.

Important: The installed BPN-ADP-SAS2-L6i-NI22 has damage due to installation error, a microchip had to be re-soldered down to the board. Full repair of this should include removal of the backplane and gluing of the chip with cyanoacrylate as the chip is dislocated from the PCB. As it sits, it is perfectly functional and reports as being an proper SAS card. HDD\'s can be read as both SATA or SAS on the right node currently.Installation of the SAS backplane is unsupported but poses no problems and is accessible to the operating system.SAS Backplanes were purchased separately from the main unit and are officially UNSUPPORTED by Supermicro.
Officially the SATA backplane is the default configuration for this model.Item is in used condition.
