Shipments are usually processed and dispatched within one business day after cleared payment is received.
We operate between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday To Friday AEST (UTC +10). If an order is placed outside these hours it will be processed on the next business day.
If you’ve paid with PayPal, we can only ship to the name and address listed on your account.
PO Boxes: We can only ship to PO boxes when using Australia Post. This option will not be available on all of our items for sale, as some can be shipped with a courier only. If you’re buying a large item, you’ll need to provide a full street address.
Tracking: All deliveries will come with tracking information and/or require a signature on delivery. Insurance via Australia Post is optional, but recommended. If you require us to insure a package for you, please contact us prior to making your payment so we can work out the total amount. If you complete the checkout process, it’s automatically assumed that you do not require insurance on your package.
Pickups: Pickups are available upon request. Pickup times are between 11:00am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. No outside hours or weekend pickups are possible. Pickups can only be paid for in cash, direct deposit or credit card. If paying by cash, please bring as close to the correct amount as possible as we have limited change available.
Fees: Our shipping fees are flat charges for domestic buyers, and we are happy to combine items to save you money. If you’ve purchased multiple items, please “Request a total from seller” so we can combine it for you prior to payment. Insurance is not generally included in the shipping costs, and would be charged as extra if required. We do not charge processing/packing fees to buyers.
Overseas Buyers: We ship internationally; except to embargoed countries, Africa and certain European or Middle East nations. If you’re an overseas buyer, please contact us prior to purchase to a) ensure we ship to your country and b) confirm shipping costs. Any shipping costs noted on this sale are for domestic Australian sales only. We also do not and will not change the value of commercial invoices to avoid customs duties and taxes in your country. For the most part, we ship internationally by FedEx/DHL, not by Australia Post.

Full payment is required within 7 days of purchase or sale completion, unless prior arrangements have been made for a pickup/collection from our premises that may fall outside these terms.

Buying for your business? No problem. Every purchase from us will include a tax invoice. If you need the invoice made out to a business name, please contact us before the item ships. If you’ve bought an item for a business and paid using PayPal, it must still ship to the address listed on , including the name on the account.
We provide a minimum 90 day warranty on all items, or balance of manufacturer warranty (whichever is greater). This applies to everything we list, either new, used, open box or refurbished.
Warranty Reset: In some cases, we can reset the warranty with the manufacturer so you can enjoy the full 1-3 years (applies to brand new servers and brand new storage units only). This process, if approved by the manufacturer, can take between 4-6 weeks to complete. Refurbished, used or open box products are ineligible to have warranties reset. If the manufacturer will not reset the warranty, then 90 days or balance of remaining warranty applies.
Please note: Items exported out of Australia have no guarantee of manufacturer support or service, it is up to the buyer to deal with the manufacturer in these cases. If the manufacturer will not assist, then our 90 day warranty applies for any defects or issues.
If an item fails within the warranty period, please contact us, and the manufacturer, so we can work the best resolution for you. Most of the time you will get a replacement product faster from the manufacturer than you could from us, as you would have to return the product to us first and then we ship the replacement to you, whereas the manufacturer usually ships out replacement items immediately (or may send a technician, on a case by case basis).
Postal Damage: If you receive an item from us in the post and its packaging is or appears to be damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt to let us know so we can a) work out whether the items inside are damaged and b) repair, replace or credit as needed. Unfortunately, we will need to get the item back first prior to shipping a replacement or issuing a credit. This is a requirement of our insurance policy.
Courier damage: If we have shipped an item to you using a courier, instead of Australia Post, and you notice the item is damaged when the courier arrives – do not sign for or accept the shipment. Please reject the delivery and the item will be returned to us automatically at no additional cost to you. Once we receive it back we can ship a replacement or issue a credit (depending on stock levels).
Returns for change of mind / incompatibility: We do not offer refunds or allow returns for change of mind or incompatibility with your particular computer configuration. All the items we sell are designed by the manufacturer to work with specific server models and generally can’t be used in a normal desktop or notebook computer. Compatible models will be listed in the description, however there may be exceptions from time to time. If you’re unsure on compatibility, please contact us prior to buying the item to avoid any post-purchase issues. We’re happy to help you confirm even if your particular model is listed in the sale! If the manufacturer has made an error in their documentation / compatibility list, however; you will likely be entitled to return the item. Contact us for more information.
