This is a vintage ANTEC Televiewer X3D PCI TV Tuner/Graphics Card from the mid-to-late 90s. It appears to have been used very little (if at all) by its previous owner, and as such is in excellent condition. I have briefly tested the card and its basic features on my DOS/Windows 95 computer, and everything seemed to work well!
