This printer is great condition. The case looks almost new. No nicks or cracks noticeable on the case. The color is as close to original Atari 800 as these printers can get.The unit was disassembled. All the plastics washed and cleaned. The same for the power cable, feet, button, and fuse holders. The printer unit and PCB were dusted out. The socketed chips were reseated. The bar the print head slides on was cleaned and relubricated.The printer dose work partly. The head dose not move freely back and forth under it's own power. I think the motor belt is failing, and causing some slippage. When I assist the print head back and forth while printing, it behaves close to normal. All the print head appear to fire properly. The ink ribbon is working but a replacement might be needed. They are still available. The paper roll still has the original spindle. I'll include a SIO cable for FREE !Sell as is for additional repair or parts.
