Turns on, and basic applications work. I cannot guarantee the floppy drive functionality currently, but it worked a couple years ago.
The power cords will also not be included, I am running low on power cords but it is a very basic C13 cord you can find for cheap or possibly already own. Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have.
I am not including the mouse or keyboard, they will be sold separately.
