This is a nice Atari 1040STF, which as shown powers on and appears to work. Computer and power cord only -- does not include monitor, mouse, or anything else.

As shown the floppy makes mechanical noises when a disk is inserted (no disk included) but it does not read/format a disk. In my experience these old drives just need maintenance, but I cannot be sure. To be honest I am not even sure I have a working Atari disk.

This computer has significant yellowing as shown, but is physically intact. I was able to test a few keys in the "format disk" option, but it was not practical to test all of them. I am not sure which OS this has, so I would assume the original/default. I have not been inside this machine personally, but it is very old and could have been worked on in the past.

The power supply works, however they are known to pop and go up in a cloud of smoke, so how long it will last is unknown. This computer is guaranteed as described, but beyond that I am selling it as-is due to many unknowns and my lack of ability to test fully.

All disclaimers aside, this is a nice example of an Atari 1040STF, if you don't mind some yellowing and can work on the drive.
