Warranty
  • Unless otherwise stated, all merchandise is guaranteed working and we offer a 14 day exchange warranty which covers functionality issues only. All merchandise is offered cosmetically AS-IS and we will not allow a return for cosmetic reasons. Returns will only be allowed for items which are defective and will not be allowed for any other reason. A return will not be allowed if you purchase an incompatible part. The stated 14 day warranty period begins at time of delivery to the shipping address which you provided and is not contingent on your ability or willingness to test or install the purchased merchandise.
  • If you have a functional issue with the purchased merchandise, you may request an RMA # and we will attempt to repair or replace the unit. If the unit can\'t be repaired or replaced, then we will refund the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges which are charged at time of purchase are non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for paying all return shipping charges. All returned items must be securely packaged as if they were in working condition. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. You must retain all packaging in order for a claim to be filed with the shipping company. If the packaging is discarded, no claim can be filed and the item will not be covered under warranty
