You are offerding on a BOXED Commodore 64C Personal Computer + Manuals + Joystick + Power Supply.
This has sat on my shelves disused for years. I have multiple Commodore machines as such, that means I don't have any need to keep holding on to this particular one.
The machine worked the last time it was used. When I went to test it before listing it here, I checked the power supply before plugging it into the machine. Upon testing the power supply, it is not outputting the appropriate +5VDC and +9VAC -- it only outputs 0.5VDC and 5VAC respectively. (In other words, it is NOT outputting enough voltage to power on the machine.)
Because Commodore PSUs are known for damaging the machines they are plugged into after years of time, the original PSU has NOT been plugged into this machine since the last time it was used (2018),to ensure the machine is still in the state it was in 5 years ago.I do not have any more compatible power supplies for this machine to test with. Thus, this combo is sold as-is, untested.
I am including the PSU as part of the sale because it came with the machine originally, and an experienced hobbyist will be able to use the DIN plug on it to fashion a working PSU, or source an aftermarket, higher-quality PSU.
This machine does not come with any software. What you see in the pictures is ultimately what you get.
