Our participants work on dismantling electronics and sortingmaterials for further processing.
Please note all computers/laptopshave a new Microsoft license attached to them, you will be the first owner ofthe software on the item, you will need to activate it with the product code on the sticker. We are aMicrosoft Authorized refurbisher. Thesoftware has never been used before.

A Grade: GoodCondition. Item has passed testing for key and essential functions. A Gradeitems will have only minor surface blemishes that can be seen but not felt.These blemishes will be less than 3” long. Screens will not have any visiblemarks or blemishes. Computers / LaptopsWill still have some dust inside of them
P Grade: Power OnTested. Item has been powered on only;No further testing has been done. Itemsmay show wear and tear as listed in Grades A, B and C above. These items do not carry any warranty of anykind. RenTek will not list items that itdeems may be not functioning, All items Graded condition P are believed to bein good working order.
B Grade: Blemished.Item has passed testing for key and essential functions. B Grade items willhave minor wear and will have more obvious blemishes than our A Grade products.You may find dents of ½” diameter or less, small areas of discoloration fromremoved tags and stickers, and scratches that are no more than 3” long but mayhave removed a bit of paint and might be able to be felt with your finger. Anykeys, track pads, and mouse buttons may have some wear and shine. Screens mayhave minor surface blemishes that can be seen when the display is off (Forexample, screens could have small scuffs, other minor marks less than ¼” long,and keyboard rubs on laptop screens). B Grade units are offered at a higherdiscount than A Grade items.

All Computers and laptops contain a"warranty void" sticker on the case. Removing the “Warranty VOID ifremoved” sticker from the computer/ laptop automatically voids thewarranty. Opening the case on a computeror Laptop automatically voids the warranty and the item cannot be returnedunder any circumstances.
We offer a 90 day warranty on allhardware issues for our desktop computers (Laptops, AIO units, Monitors and allother items sold have a 30 day warranty) beginning on the date of purchase.This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, includingaccident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, improper installation,operation or maintenance, improper connections with peripherals and problemscaused by use of parts and components not supplied by RenTek, or other causesnot arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.
Laptop batteries are tested for 15minutes, they will more than likely hold a longer charge however we onlywarranty them to last 15 minutes.

If your problemcannot be resolved by our service department, we will arrange to receive youritem back from you for repair or replacement. All returns require a RMA (ReturnMerchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us.
Swapping internal components incomputer systems will void the warranty.
Removing the “warranty VOID ifremoved” sticker from the computer automatically voids the warranty.
We provide free return shipping forany computer or laptop not working properly within the first 14 days ofarrival. After 14 days buyers are responsible for shipping fees for anymalfunctioning items. RMA numbers will be issued once the item is claimed forwarranty. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding any concerns that youmay have. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in originalcondition, with original packaging unless instructed otherwise by our customerservice department. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All expedited shipping, handlingand insurance charges are additional and non-refundable.
You should expect to receive yourrefund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however,in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includesthe transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refundrequest (5 to 10 business days).
