This European Commodore 128D was working, but the power supply smoked after a few hours of use. As a European computer, it requires 220V power, and I was using a suitable step-up transformer, so I know that wasn't the problem. This could be a fairly easy power supply recap job for the right person, but I cannot guarantee that.

Before the power supply died, the floppy drive read about half the disks I tried (probably needs a cleaning), and the keyboard worked except that the left shift required pressing very hard. Obviously this computer has severe yellowing and signs of use. I did not get a chance to test every function of the computer before it died (didn't try 80 column mode, etc.) so there may be other defects, although it was working reasonably well.

Because of multiple unknowns I am selling as-is and with no returns.

All that said, this is a rare chance to own the strange and very interesting European version -- as you can see it has a handle, as well as a place to store the keyboard. It has a plastic body instead of a metal body like the North American version.
