Listing is for a fully functional Commodore 64 system complete in the original box, and includes:

System has been fully tested and works just as it should. The video shows it powering one twice, once to show a working keyboard, the second time to show the cartridge port playing a HERO cartridge. TV and HERO cartridge not included!
This C64 will can also be used with a Commodore monitor, tho you'll need to purchase a separate cable for that.
There is very minor shelf wear on a few spots of the box, which is only noticeable on very close inspection. Beyond that everything is in excellent physical condition. Photos tell the story best, check 'em out.
