The mouse has just two buttons, no scroll wheel and an old-style track ball assembly instead of a modern optical sensor - this matches perfectly with the original Commodore mouse that is increasingly difficult to find and expensive.

The adapter plugs into your Amiga's joystick/mouse port and enables you to use any PS/2 compatible mouse - like the one included!

The adapter sports a dual input, Y-Cable like functionality, allowing connection of both a mouse AND a joystick on the same Amiga port. Switching between joystick and mouse is easy; Pressing a joystick fire button activates the joystick,pressing any button mouse button activates the mouse.

The adapter can also be used with no joystick, just a mouse.Note about the adapter: It’s also possible to use a USB mouse by using a USB to PS/2 converter plug. Beware: most USB mouses do not support the required PS/2 mode. We therefore recommend using a dedicated PS/2 mouse, one with a round green plug, to avoid disappointment.
