      All items come with a 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise. For example: products being sold as-is, or while other products may have an extended warranty. Warranty begins from the date the item was received which we identify from the tracking detail on all sales. Software or application and OS support is not covered under warranty. Parts or components in units may be non-OEM.

        Please immediately notify us of any hardware failures that occur within the specified warranty period. Product defects, where said defects were noted on the product page are not covered under warranty. A replacement product or component will be shipped to you, however if product replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.

        A full refund and return shipping label will be sent to you, providing the following conditions:

        • Product failed within the given warranty period

        • Item did not match the item listed details and description

        • Product is returned in its original condition with all included accessories

        Please keep the original packaging in which the item was shipped in order to return the product for a safe return, unless the packaging has been damaged and no longer suitable for shipment.

        A 20% restocking fee will apply to items that are returned and return shipping is the buyer?s responsibility if the:

        • Product matches the item description, however you decided you did not want it

        • You mistakenly purchased the wrong item

        • Items being returned due to failure, however details of failure were listed in the

        Not eligible to receive a refund if:
