This listing is for a server enclosure made by Dell. This item is used and has been tested fully.

This is a used server enclosure so it will show signs of wear on the case. (Scratches, dents, scuffs, dust, etc.)This unit does not contain hard drives or hard drive caddies. CMC and the R1-2210 module were reset.

Shipping:

The item will be packaged carefully and will weigh around 65 pounds with packing material. If we can, we will combine shipping on multiple items to save cost.

We use both UPS and USPS for shipments.

All shipments are insured, and the cost is automatically added to the shipping charge. We do not ship damaged boxes. If a box arrives damaged and the item is broken, email us immediately and a claim will be filed, and you will be refunded. The USPS consistently damages or loses items, regardless of our packaging, so please tell us as soon as possible. We cannot resolve a problem unless it is reported to us in a timely fashion.

Local pickup can be arranged and is highly recommended for heavier items. Contact us and we can schedule a time to have the item available at our facility.

Returns:

Damaged or DOA items will be fully or partially refunded in accordance with the buyers wishes. Undamaged items may be returned within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of receipt, but the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways and the item must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. Any issues clearly stated in the description will not be grounds for a full refund so please review the specs carefully before offerding.

We do not grade the condition of items due to the subjective nature, and as such, please refer to the pictures for the exterior condition of the item. Used items will usually always show signs of wear like scratches and scuffs and will not be noted unless it affects the normal use of the item. We can provide additional pictures, if necessary, but will not after the sale has ended, so ask before.
