The warranty will be voided ifthere is any water damage or any dents to the systems that show the units havebeen dropped. Also, if the stickers on the inside of the units do notmatch our records, or if serial number labels are tampered with, this will alsovoid the warranty. All units have been recorded and video-taped whilebeing inspected, packed, and shipped so that you will be receiving everythingin excellent working condition. All new products have gone through thesame process and we have all records and recording for those units from themanufacturer. They all are factory sealed if we have an sale showingNEW units. If Refurbished, they are coming from the manufacturer as well.
