Had these in my homelab for a while, great starting server or small backup/NAS. works well with TrueNAS. the built in drive controller only supports SATA drives, but it's an SFF-8087 connector to the board so you can put in a SAS HBA in the PCIe slot, move the connector and it will take SAS drives then in the bays.
Comes with the 4 caddies, I never had the front door so that's not included. BYO power cable, standard PC power cable.
has iLO too for management with dedicated NIC
Power adapter and SATA cable routed to empty space above drive bays for a boot SSD in place of optical drive. (see pic) I didn't mount it just connected and lay it in place.
