The boards are a very close copy of the vintage board and have been produced with hard gold plating on the fingers and a matte green finish that is similar to the original board. Like the original there is no silk screening. A small mark has been placed on the rear of each to indicate they are a reproduction so they are not passed off as an original in the future. This sale is for a bare PC Board. All parts are available and full documentation including assembly manual is on the web ( rules foroffer me posting a link, but it will be included with the board).
This board was produced by taking an un-assembled IMSAI MPU-A REV 4 CPU card and having it professionally scanned and converted to gerber files. Prototypes were then made to confirm proper operation. The picture of the assembled board in the listing is from the prototype run, so did not have gold fingers - the board being sold has hard gold plating on the S-100 fingers to ensure reliable operation. This picture is included so that you have an idea of what a completed board looks like.Please see my other listing for a replica of the Altair MITS 8800 CPU Board, and a reproduction of the Altair 4 slot Backplane.I am happy to accept returns if you are not pleased for any reason as long as the board is un-assembled.
