We recieve alot of parts returns for compatilibility issues. Apple Identifiers are sometimes difficult to find so don't hesitate to reach out for assistance before placing your order.

Shipments are processed within one business day after payment has been cleared. All products are tested, cleaned and packaged in generic packaging, with item specific packing materials, to protect your order durning shipment. Once an order has shipped a tracking number will be sent to you.
If your item arrives damaged, please hold the item with original packaging and contact us immediately. See returns section for carrier damaged order returns.
Please contact us directly through 's messaging system before filing a returns claim. Item must be returned within 30 days and in original condition that it was received in. Refunds for altered, damaged, or used items may be subject to deduction.
You can initiate a return within your account through your order. Simply follow the prompts (incorrect return reasons will be reported to and may delay the refund). Once a return is submitted and approved, will generate a prepaid shipping label with your return instructions. You'll be notified by after we recieve your return. Please allow up to 48 hours after we recieve your return for your refund to be processed.
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please save the damaged box to include with your return (this is required by the carrier).

Our technicians mark all items with a tamper proof sticker and/or a Double Dex Identification Number. If you are returning or exchanging your order for any reason, all verifyable markings must still be intact.
Items returned showing any sign of tampering or damage due to mishandling, will not be eligible for refund or warranty. The buyer will also be reported to and blocked from further purchases.
