        If your computer is functional then follow the steps below to locate your Model Identifier:
      1. Access Spotlight Search by pressing Command ⌘ + Spacebar.
      2. Launch the System Information.app by typing "System Information" into the search field and pressing Return.
      3. Locate your Model Identifier in the default Hardware Overview tab and confirm it matches with the Compatibility section above.

        If your computer is non-functional then follow the steps below to locate your Serial Number:
      1. Flip your laptop over and locate the serial number printed on the bottom case.
      2. Using your preferred search engine, type "EveryMac - Ultimate Mac Lookup".
      3. Select the top search result and have your serial number ready.
      4. Enter your serial number into EveryMac's search field cslocated in the center of the page.
      5. Look over the search results and confirm the information on our listing matches the information for your device.
