We will cover return shipping on items that do not meet our quality standards. If an item is purchased by mistake or not compatible for what you need, the customer will be responsible for return shipping. The nonfunctional item(s) must be returned before a refund is issued. If an order has been shipped to a different address other than the address from the original order it is the buyer's responsibility to get the item back to us in order for a refund to be processed.
