MITS Altair Technical Notebook S-100 Vintage Computer Ed Roberts:
$299.00

MITS Altair Technical Notebook. This is an early MITS Altair 8800 era catalog. I got it from a computer store near Boston back in the 1970s. I had built a Mark 8 and thought of buying an Altair because it was S-100 bus. Cost a lot of money for a student, so I went another way. Ed Roberts was a prolific guy, as this catalog demonstrated. The Altair was arguably the first \"real\" production personal computer with significant volume. Various people mad many billions with what MITS started. This catalog shows a family of products. If you are into vintage computers this historical doc might be of interest. It\'s pretty cool. Cover art reminds me of WPA murals and Lang\'s \"Metropolis\". It is in good readable condition, but it is a bit wavy at the bottom and there is some light foxing of pages. I have tried to show this in the images. So if you understand PT Co, SOL80, Godbout, Jade, Cromemco, etc, you get it. Please ask any questions before offerding. Thanks.
