This unit is ideal for post-production workflows needing fast Thunderbolt external SSD RAID, 10GbE connectivity, or PCIe expansion for Mac or PC.

Important notes on RAID configuration:

The four SSDs are currently configured as a hardware RAID managed by the ATTO R644 controller. macOS sees the RAID volume as a single 7.2TB APFS container/volume, with the individual SSDs abstracted by the RAID controller and not accessible separately.

If you wish to reconfigure or reset the RAID, the ATTO RAID utility software will be required. The unit is sold with the RAID intact and ready for immediate use with appropriate drivers on macOS or Windows.
