The board contains absolutely no physical damage and has been tested to be fully functional. Shipping

Items ship within 1 business day of cleared payment.

All packages that are returned to us by USPS as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. If we attempt to contact a buyer and do not receive a response within 3 days of receiving the item, the transaction will be subject to cancellation and a restocking fee.

We only ship to USPS-validated addresses. We do not ship to Freight forwarders.

Please make sure the ship to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, please contact us via member to member communication. We would be happy to assist you. We accept returns for buyer’s remorse for up to 14 days following receipt of an item. In situations such as this, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and return the item in the original condition they received it in. Unfortunately, we do not provide reimbursement for packaging material or any additional cost incurred by the customer for packaging material required for the return of any item. If the item is not packaged properly to arrive in the condition it was originally sent in, it is subject to being returned to the buyer or may not be eligible for a full refund.

Warranty

For functionality, this item comes with a 60 day warranty from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist, we will issue an RMA form, and in some cases a prepaid label to have the item sent back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the same model will be sent.

If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.

If an item needs to be returned due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, images may need to be sent through the member to member communication system.

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.

The original unit must be sent back before a replacement can be sent.
