You are buying a used but in perfect working condition, Palo Alto Cloudgenix 9000network appliance that has been reloaded with a fresh installation of the latest version of pfSense.
It is powered by a 16 core Xeon D-2187NT CPUclocked at 2.0 GHz (3.0 GHz max) and it comes with 64GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD. It has a total of 10 x 1Gb ports (I disabled the bypass functionality so all ports are available for individual use) and 8 x 10Gb SFP+ ports. I configured the Controller ports 1 and 2 as the WAN and LAN respectively and left the others for the buyer to configure as needed. PfSense detects the ports from left to right with the bottom ports (in case of the 8 Ethernet port module) having priority. So Port 1 is actually igb6 and Port 5 is igb2 (igb0 and igb1 are the Controller ports 1 and 2 respectively).
The pfSense configuration page can be accessed at 192.168.10.1, credentials are admin/Passw0rd. In case you need console access (Aux port) baud rate is set at 115200.
Fans are not very loud but are not whisper quiet either. After all, this is a high performance device with a powerful CPU so some cooling is required.
