Up for sale is a completely restored Apple Macintosh 512K. This is the enhanced version with a newer ROM installed and a 800k floppy drive. I have personally added and done a lot of work to this specific computer. Below you can read the bulleted modifications and work performed:



- The logic/motherboard and analog board have been completely cleaned and recapped.


- Integral parts on the analog board have been reflowed with new solder!


- Floppy disk drive was cleaned, lubricated and fully tested to read, format, write, and eject flawlessly.


- Computer case (exterior & interior) have been cleaned.


- The speaker is loud and crisp when chiming!


There are no cracks in the computers plastic casing. However there is a chipped piece of plastic missing from the top right corner of the front bezel. The computers plastic does sport many scuffs, stains, and scratches. The plastic has been yellowed over the course of its vintage age. The CRT screen does have burn-in visible (please see photos) and some surface scratches. The PRAM battery enclosure was corroded but has been cleaned and tested to output the required voltage needed to keep time (no battery included)!
