S C Digital 32K byte SRAM board. Says it can do 8 or 16 bits. There's only 8K of SRAM installed, though in uses easy to find 2Kx8 SRAMs. It also appears to be missing two TTL chips. It's interesting in that it has a bunch of 54 series (military temp range) ceramic TTL chips installed. No idea why an S100 computer would use those.Sold as-is, untested, vintage electronics.
