The SUN Blade 2500-Red server is a high-performance computing solution with a 1.28Ghz processor, 1GB of RAM, and 2x36GB SCSI drives of storage capacity. It also features a DVD/CD drive, XVR600 Graphic card, Sun USB keyboard, and provides a range of networking capabilities.


The SCSI boot drive has errors when booting and the original Sun IDE DVD ROM drive is responding but not recognized. Boot DVD can be ejected and the green is on when spinning up. Memory tests as good, and can boot to Ok prompt. Original Sun USB keyboard as well as XVR600 video card, extra USB interface card and sound card. Being sold as is for parts. An extra DVD ROM is in the unit for testing purposes.
