Terms of Sale

  • We are open Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm EST.

  • We must receive payment within 3 days of the date of sale. A reminder will be sent after 2 days.

  • Sunnking ships with FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Ground.

    We also offer local pickup by appointment only.

  • Returns accepted within 60 days. Exchanges are offered when available.

  • Sunnking will assess a 10% restocking fee for any returned item that is refused or deemed unable to be delivered by the carrier or damaged due to improper installation or use. There will be a 50% restocking fee for any item that has been reconfigured or altered in any way from the original listing.
