This one’s in great condition with usual signs of rack scratches. These are getting harder to find and don't come up for sale very often. I've had it for 18 years and it's one of the few pre amps that I've hung onto for all that time. It's that good - Good enough for Michael Jackson


One of the the first high end dual channel outboard rackmount mic preamps from the 1980s.


This is often referred to as the poor mans Millennia as it is said to have similar characteristics. It's a very clean sounding preamp with lots of gain and transparency. It has gained legendary status as the first generation model, was used to record the vocals of Michael Jackson on Thriller, This has been internet lore and I emailed studio Technologies and they confirmed it.


It is a 2 channel Mic Preamp with the following features selectable per channel;
