We do NOT ship outside the US for ANY reason so don\'t ask!

All our items are available to continental 48 US delivery addresses. In some cases AK and HI delivery addresses are also offered. We do NOT ship to PR, APOs, AFOs, or ANY international destinations including Canada.

All items are available and ready to ship at the end of the sale. We do not \"presale\" or subcontract sales of any items offered.

Each item will have the S&H fee listed in the sale Information section above. Our S&H fees are determined by current carrier rates we pay plus a modest handling fee to cover labor and proper packing materials. Safe delivery of goods to the buyer is the sole responsibility of the seller so shipping insurance to cover our loss is at our discretion.

All items are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground service at our discretion. Some items are not cost effective to ship through the US Postal service. For security reasons we do not offer express overnight shipping options or allow third party shipper account billing for items we sell on .

We are not responsible for misdirected or lost shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer or any agent acting on their behalf (i.e. PayPal). Our responsibility as a seller ends when the shipper\'s records show a successful delivery at the delivery address provided by the buyer or any agent acting on their behalf. We assume NO responsibility for shipments forwarded through the USPS mail system beyond the original delivery address or for shipments delivered to a non-secure area without signature due to a prior arrangement between the buyer and shipping agent to waive such rights.

Shipping & handling fees do not indicate actual freight charges or postage. Proper shipping takes supplies, time and resources. We properly package all items for safe shipping as per the shipping carrier\'s packaging guidelines for the item being shipped. For each listing, we always provide either the pre-determined S&H charges or for distance sensitive items, we may offer a shipping calculator that can be used to compute the S&H charge to the delivery address.

All customers will receive a minimum of two email notifications (one to their registered email address, the other through \'s messaging system) confirming shipment of their order with tracking or Delivery Confirmation reference information. We are not responsible for email correspondence notification failures due to a problem with the winner\'s email address either due to ISP problems or email spam filters the buyer or their ISP may have active on their registered email account. Unless unforeseen circumstances prevent processing or shipment of your order all orders will be shipped out within 1 business day after a cleared payment is received. In most cases, during our business work days, Order ship dates will be same day we receive your cleared PayPal payment. If we are unable to get your order shipped the same day, we will make every reasonable attempt to get your order shipped the next business day. We are not responsible for pick up delays due to inclement weather, holidays, or carrier scheduled pickup failures at our location or your delivery location. Payments received on weekends will ship the following Monday pending carrier availability.

All undeliverable shipments returned to us because of an address error on the buyer\'s part are subject to additional S&H charges for subsequent delivery attempts.

All returned shipments refused by the buyer at time of delivery or while in-transit are subject to a 20% purchase price restocking fee. S&H fees are not refundable.

Our Return Policy

All our sales are final and no express rights of merchandise return are given or implied.

Exceptions to this policy are listed below:

  • The item is damaged or lost during transit.

In the event that any of those exceptions above occur we will make every effort to provide an identical same model/manufacturer replacement product if available. This product defect warranty is NOT a customer satisfaction guarantee and offers no no express rights of merchandise return and replacement for anything other than manufacturer defects or shipping damage related issues. Below is a detailed explanation of those coverage\'s we may provide and our process for accepting returns under those coverage\'s where applicable:

Our 7, 14 or 30 day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy:

For our items offering this in-house warranty coverage, we will offer a DOA warranty on the product(s) being offered in those listings. This coverage starts at the delivery date and continues though through the stated DOA coverage duration we provide in the sale listing. This coverage is offered to cover any operational issues we may have missed during our inspection or testing (where applicable). Our DOA warranty does NOT cover buyer\'s remorse, include any return shipping fees, any cosmetic related issues, or replacement of your bad products, accessories or parts with ours at or expense. Any product issues outside our stated 7 day DOA policy must be handled through the manufacturer under any applicable manufacturer warranty they may provide. Customers must contact us within 7 days after delivery to obtain an RMA number and instructions to return the item as detailed below:
  • Customers must contact us within DOA policy period to notify us they have a potentially defective item to be returned.
  • We will issue the customer a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number within 24 hours with instructions on returning the item for replacement or refund if a replacement is not immediately available. We strongly recommend you notify us through messaging system so we both have a record of your RMA request.
  • The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees to our facility for RMAed items. We pay shipping of your replacement product shipment if applicable. RMAed items must properly packed for safe return delivery as we provided when we originally shipped them item to you. If possible, use the same original shipper approved packing we used to ship the item to you. Improperly packed item(s) will be refused and you will forfeit any rights given to you under this RMA return policy.
  • Returned items must be received in the same condition as we shipped them with all applicable accessories, packaging, manuals etc.. Any merchandise we originally shipped with the original Universal Product Code (UPC) in-tact cannot be returned for ANY reason if you have removed the UPC prior to returning the item to us. In addition, we reserve the right to verify a buyer\'s defect claim with the manufacturer or a manufacturer authorized service center acting on their behalf and return any items back to the buyer that the manufacturer determines are not defective.
  • A replacement shipment for RMAed items or refund, if applicable, will be tendered to the buyer no later than 14 business days from date of receipt of their RMA in our facility.

Our Software Policy:

Given the nature of software sales absolutely no product warranty or return privileges are extended for these items. Any product issues other than shipping related damage must be handled through the manufacturer under their policy for replacement of defective software media . Unless as stated in our return policy above the customer receives the wrong item or the item is damaged during shipping no return privileges are extended for these items. In the case of a damaged software title our Software Return Policy only covers replacement of software with the exact same title (Any activation or registration keys/ cards (if applicable) will be removed from the replacement software title if the original software is not returned with these).

Our AS-IS / AS Described Policy:
