Unlocked Devices.

We test our cellular devices for compatibility with all major US service providers. If a device is compatible with each of those carriers, we will list it as unlocked. If a device is “carrier locked” to a specific service provider, we will reference that in the listing details.

We do not distinguish between carrier unlocked and factory unlocked in our listings.

We cannot guarantee that a device will work outside of the US cellular network.

Sometimes a device will display a logo for a specific service provider (e.g. T-Mobile, Verizon, etc) even though it is unlocked. The logo is related to the previous service provider for that device. This does not mean the device isn’t unlocked.

Photos

Our listings show stock photos, not actual photos of our inventory. We are not able to provide photos of individual devices. The listing description has robust information on the item condition

IMEIs

We cannot provide an IMEI for individual products. IMEIs are only available once an order is placed AND inventory has been allocated to the order. At this point you may request the IMEI.

Offers

Battery Health

Our standard measure is current battery capacity vs. original battery capacity. Capacity Statues:

  • Excellent: the battery capacity is 90% or better than the original battery capacity
  • Good: the battery capacity is between 85% and 89% of the original battery capacity.
  • Poor: the battery capacity is 84% or worse than the original battery capacity.
  • Not Tested: This means that we did not test the current battery capacity.

Used / For Parts

A used product functions as it should, but may have impairments. Please read our descriptions to understand the exact condition.

A product that is sold “For Parts” is not functional.

Power Cords and Cables

Unless otherwise specified, all fully functional products come with a USB cable.

A device that is sold “For Parts” will not come with a cable.

Conditions

We strive to provide robust assessments of our products. The majority of our inventory is pre-owned electronics. We have 6 primary cosmetic conditions and the definitions of each are listed below in our “Condition” tab. Our grading is done by Apkudo robotics and is extremely consistent.

Shadows on a pre-owned device have gradations of severity. We separate these gradations with Shadow and Heavy Shadow. “Shadow” is a light burn on the device, whereas a Heavy Shadow is a much more prominent and noticeable burn. Heavy shadow may also include a pink hue and on occasion green lines on the screen.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. If the return is due to reasons other than a product defect or seller error, a restocking fee will apply.

The restocking fee will range from 15% to 50%, depending on the condition of the item upon receipt, in accordance with policy. Items returned without the original item or accessories will be eligible for a partial refund only, which will not exceed 50% of the original purchase price.

A pre-paid shipping label will be provided by the seller. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned device.

Condition

ITEM CONDITIONS

  • New: This device is never used and sealed in original manufacturer packaging. Comes with all original accessories.
  • New / Open Box: This device is never used, however the packaging has been opened. Is delivered in original packaging and has all original accessories included.
  • Grade A+: This device has very little to no signs of previous usage. The screen has negligible scratching and is nearly flawless. The casing will not have any dents and insignificant scuffing.
  • Grade A: This device shows minimal signs of previous usage. The screen may have very light scuffs and the casing may have two or three blemishes.
  • Grade B+: This device will show signs of previous usage. Minor scratches and dents are visible but the device is still 100% fully functional. This is our best value device.
  • Grade B-: This device shows significant signs of previous usage. There will be noticeable scratches, dings and scuffs. However, there are no cracks on the screen and there is no casing separation or bending.
  • Screen Shadow: The screen shows a faint to moderate shadow. The image does not affect functionality of the device. You will see the shadow image on a white background, but not on colored backgrounds.
  • Pixel Spots: There are missing pixels that do not display colors on the screen. Minor spots are tiny (less than 1/8 of an inch) and typically occur in the extreme corners of the screen. There will be no more than 2 of these "minor" spots on a device and 99% of the screen is perfect. Moderate spots are a bit larger (between 1/8 and 3/8 inches). These spots are more noticeable during operation. However, they cover no more than 3% of the screen and the phone functions perfectly.
  • Impaired: This device did not pass all of our 41 function checks. Details on which tests failed are listed above in the Description section.

Shipping

We pride ourselves on fast shipping! If you order your product before Noon central time, we will ship the same day!

Our standard shipping service will typically reach all U.S. destinations within 3 days of the day we shipped. In many cases you will receive it even sooner. You have the option to choose expedited shipping if you would like your product sooner.

If you order a pre-owned product, along with your purchase you will receive a non-OEM charging cable. We do not include a charging block with our shipments.

Your package will be shipped in a non-descript, plain white or brown box. Inside of the box, we will package the product in protective materials to avoid any damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the issue immediately

Our cellular products do not come with a SIM card or a SD card

Returns

Simply affix the label to your returnpackage and drop it in the mail. Your tracking number will also be provided sothat you can monitor the progress of the return.
