Up for sale is a Macintosh 128k. The case itself has not been cleaned and is in rough shape for its vintage age. It does have some scuffs and scratches also some rubber residue and stains along with some yellowing in some areas. The CRT has some burn in and no visible scratches. The screen displays no video. The inside has been dusted and cleaned very well to the best of my capability. There is some rusting on the metal chassis’s. The floppy disk drive has not been tested. The speaker plays the chime beautifully. The motherboard has been cleaned and the axial electrolytic capacitors have been replaced! The analog board has been fully recapped with new capacitors! Something went out on the analog board I suspect and now it no longer displays any video. The PRAM battery had exploded and I took considerable effort cleaning the rusted contact as I don’t have a replacement. It does not come with a new battery but voltage tested good and is ready for a new battery (I would still replace when given a chance)! The battery door snaps on without an issue. The computer will be throughly packaged correctly, double boxed and firm packing supplies to ensure its safety. I will insure this package at no cost to you. Message me with any questions!
