This belonged to my friend who worked for Zenith years ago. I'm helping him clean out his collection. I don't have the monitor or power cords. He plugged it into his monitor and booted it up and showed me it working. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos of it at the time, but it definately works good! He made it continually write the word "boo" on the monitor which was a pretty cool to see. Here is some more details I found online...
