You are offerding on a vintage Macintosh PowerBook 540c laptop computer with the original box, disks, cables and manuals. It has 12 megabytes of RAM and is running OS 7.6. The 10" active matrix screen is bright for a computer this age. The keyboard and trackpad are responsive. The door that covers the ports on the back is there and works. The hinges are good. The speakers are loud and clear.

Software installed includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Jewelbox, Tetris, Castle Wolfenstein, Crystal Quest and other software. The installation disks for OS 7.5 as well as the modem and printer software are included.

The batteries don’t hold a charge. The power adapter is included with cord and short plug. The PRAM battery is dead which means that you will have to reset the clock after the computer starts. The fan whirs when it is running. The LCD bezel cover is intact and in place. There is wear and tear on the outside case consistent with a computer of this age.

The box has the matching serial number to the computer. There is some wear and tear but the box is solid and the handle intact. The styrofoam inserts and packing materials are there and in good shape.

Look at the photos. Computer is sold "as-is" no warranty, no returns due to the age of the machine.

Shipping is the actual cost of shipping. I will pack the box inside another box to protect it during shipping. I will ship internationally as long as you pay all of the costs and fees associated with shipping.
