It is not confirmed to be working therefore UNTESTED. I believe it is the power cord because from what I can gather because the power cable I bought is only outputting 2 volts. This is not guaranteed to be the problem/solution! The power cable will come with it. There is no monitor cable. No controllers. This is just an Atari 800 and power cord. I also have an Atari 810 that can be bundled.
