Vintage EPSON SD-800 Combo 3.5" 5.25" Floppy Disk Drive. This model has a card edge data connector and a 4-pin Molex power connector. Both drives have been read/write tested (see video after it has been approved by ) using high density 5.25 and 3.5 floppies. My DELL Dimension E510 would not recognize 2 floppies at the same time so I had to switch the cable connectors to activate both drives as A:.
Installation instructions and jumper settings to set A: and B: drives are included. There are also several good Youtube videos describing the process.
