This is a vintage IBM Mainframe Channel Wrap tool.This was used by IBM field service reps to test the functionality and integrity of the signals coming across the Bus/Tag signals in the device is was attached to.I don\'t see an IBM part number aside from the identifiers on the tag (see pic 2).Tag says: Rojon of Calif, Assy 2227492, EC 427322, June 1976.Judging from the date, I\'m guessing that this was used on early 370 mainframes (135/145, etc.)Appears to be in very good condition, all pins are nice and straight.
