This receiver works with a Microsoft Cordless Wheel Mouse X05-30591. I just finished testing the mouse/receiver together and found that the cursor on the monitor would move in the horizontal directions (left and right) but not in the vertical directions (up and down). I think this behavior was caused by the mouse, not the receiver. This offer is for the receiver only. Requires a PC with an open PS/2 port.
